Substituting water for one 20-ounce sugar sweetened soda will save you about 240 calories. Choose water when eating out. Generally, you will save money and reduce calories. You can add lime or lemon to your water. This can help improve the taste and help you drink more water than you usually do

Adult males will drink upto 10 glasses of water or more per day while adult females will take 9 glasses or more.You should always drink something before you get thirsty because by the time you feel thirsty, your body has already begun dehydrating.
