The trust or faith that you have in yourself and your abilities dictates your level of confidence or self-confidence in other words. Self esteem is the opinion you have of yourself. Realistic feelings of confidence and positive self-esteem affect how you think and act, how you feel about others, and how successful you are in life.
To boost your self-esteem, and improve your low confidence you need to identify the negative beliefs you have about yourself, then challenge them using the following means:
Groom yourself:- Regular grooming will keep you healthy and feeling more self-confident and this is something that everyone should spend time doing every day.. Once you get a solid routine in place, grooming will become like second nature to you.
Dressing nice if you dress nicely, you’ll feel good about yourself. You’ll feel successful and presentable and ready to tackle the world. Now, dressing nicely means something different for everyone … it doesn’t necessarily mean wearing a R4500 outfit, but could mean casual clothes that are nice looking and presentable.
Think positive.Learn to replace negative thoughts with positive ones,by doing this you make great things happen, see yourself as a winner but not a looser, see yourself as a person and dont compare yourself with other people around you, be yourself because you are own God’s creation
Kill negative thoughts.You have to learn to be aware of your self-talk, the thoughts you have about yourself and what you’re doing.
Stop undermining yourself and doubting your capability, remove from your vocabulary word like “This is too hard”.I cant do it.
Remove a negative thought which is a bug, and vigilantly be on the lookout for any negative bugs. Know yourself and you will win all battles.
